I am speechless after the phone call I just had with Dr. Baxi's office manager. She called to interrogate me before my initial appointment, provided me with misinformation as to what he treats, and kept cutting me off by belittling me to allow her to speak demeaning to me. Caring efficient physician. Treated my husband knees as well as my achilles and knees. Cortisone shots, PT suggestions, and PRP ! We travel from staten island and he is worth the trip!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Baxi for several years and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Dr. Baxi is knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my options for managing pain. I’ve struggled with lower back pain for many years, and the personalized treatment plan Dr. Baxi put in place for me has made a noticeable difference in my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Baxi to anyone who is struggling with a musculoskeletal injury.
Called to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was asking me millions of questions, put me on hold like three times and then asked same questions all over again. When I got frustrated she said that she will hang up the phone and she did! What a rude staff he has! Unbelievable! She took her incompetence on a patient.
