The rudeness, the shifty customer service, the sloppiness - where do I begin? Recently I’ve been having horrible experiences with this shop. They used to be my go to, but the quality has significantly gone down. Today I was getting my nails done in chair 7 and stated that I didn’t like the bubbles that were in my nails (gel girlies get it) and I was met with attitude upon attitude. Terrible service! One lady is SO rude! They do not communicate and are extremely difficult if you want make a simple mistake of not realize the card minimum. Which was not by the front desk visible to see. They are so nasty if you are a few minutes late and that lady with blonde dyed hair speaks just so nasty to costumers. They just lost a consistent costumer. Double think coming here.

I got a pedicure here and I am absolutely appalled at the service and price. Their pedicures are terrible. My man got a manicure and it looked worse than when he went in. They cut his nails off, they didn't file them properly and there were still loose skins hanging everywhere!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Micheal was the absolute best! I came in with a reference photo a few days before my prom, and the results were amazing! He was extremely gentle and did a beautiful job with the art. He was efficient and got me in and out within the hour. I have absolutely no complaints, and will definitely be coming back again!
