I visited this nail salon for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience with Loan. I recently moved back to the area about six months ago and have tried several nail salons since then, but none met my expectations. The rudeness, the shifty customer service, the sloppiness - where do I begin? Recently I’ve been having horrible experiences with this shop. They used to be my go to, but the quality has significantly gone down.
