The lady doing my shellac manicure cut my cuticle and left it to bleed throughout the entire process and rather than clean it up, chose to instead to paint my nail AROUND the blood. She then left me to dry my nails under the lamp while she disappeared, at which time I pointed it out to the other employee who thankfully had enough sense to disinfect my finger with Betadine. All in all, it was a terrible experience - very rushed and sub-par quality, despite being the only customer in the salon.

I wish there was a negative 0 review. Because my whole experience here was absolutely horrific. The staff were rude and service was poor. They didn’t do what I asked for at all and then tried to overcharge me a ridiculous amount. Definitely don’t recommend!!!! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else Edit: The intended length was clearly and specifically stated to the employee in question, multiple times, in relative comparison to the employee’s own nails. terrible place. they stopped doing my nails half way through to do another customers nails who had just walked through the door. rushed my nails and is overpriced. terrible customer service and terrible nails. do not go here.
