The best Russian manicure in Houston. Phoebe is an expert in her craft and goes above and beyond for her clients. After two years here, can confirm nails easily last 4-5 weeks if you maintain them. Highly recommend.
Meng does really quality work at her private salon! She takes her time and her main focus is cuticle health to maintain strong healthy nails! I was in search of a good specialist moving to Houston a from the west coast and she is it! Not to mention she is the funniest most laid back person. She doesn’t rush and really takes her time. Love when I get to visit her and get my nails taken care of!
Phoebe is truly the best! I drive 35 minutes to get my nails done by her and have zero regrets about it. She is so meticulous and good at what she does. Also with the dual form she applies your nails will last literally forever…. Would recommend her to everyone!

No more “regular” manicures ever again.. Highly recommend Phoebe for the best manicure in Houston! She is a perfectionist and a teacher. I love that she explains every step and part of the process - and even its origin. I am on manicure/month #4 with her and soon she’ll do my wedding nails! My natural nail has never been longer or stronger. I adore Phoebe and look forward to our visit every 4 weeks. 🥰 💅🏼
