I recently visited this salon with an open mind, since it’s rare to find a Russian manicure specialist in the area. I arrived early for my appointment, but from the start it felt as though the owner, Vianca, wasn’t motivated to provide her best service. This place is not open for walk-ins, by appointment only! The owner does a good job, the salon is very nice and clean.
Vianca is a nail professional. She does Russian Manicures. You have to go to NYC for that kind of service.
