I’ve gone to this salon for over 2 years,the nail tech herself is a pleasant person. What I do not appreciate is this salon expects you to make appointments yet still take walk ins and they’re ALWAYS running 30-45 mins behind. I have asked when she’s running late which is always to just simply message me so I can run other errands. Nails are a luxury to me NOT a necessity so I do expect to be in that chair within 10 mins of said appointment. I’ve walked out twice when I realized how late she was,it’s just unacceptable to me

In all of the places I’ve lived in Ohio and gotten my nails done, I have never been so rudely treated by any person until this place. I had an appointment, walked in, was looked at by everybody working and not a single person said anything despite me at the check-in counter. I sat down and waited, and waited… and waited… I finally asked to speak to whoever was in charge to cancel my appointment and some little girl said “So you’re just leaving?” And laughed. Manners. I cannot say enough! I have been going here over 20 years - even living in Columbus the past 10 years, I drive the 40 minutes! Over probably the last 5 years (if not more), Leslie is the only one I book with. She always finds time that works with my crazy schedule. Once, I broke 3 nails on vaca and she found the time, the very next day, to get me in! Everyone is super friendly and the place is always clean. And my nails always look great!
