My experience started off great. I’ve been to Nailtastic a few times and have always had great service. Today is the first time I am dissatisfied with my service here. I planned for regular pedi + gelx full set colored french tip. The nail tech failed to let me know the base coat is clear and the gel from the gel x is extremely prominent under the base. I had such an amazing experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The highlight for me was the hot stone massage—absolutely incredible! Everything felt professional, high-quality, and worth every penny.
I have been eyeing this salon for a while during my trip to Chicago, and I’m so glad that I was able to stop by before my flight back to NY!! I was in desperate need of a Gel X fill-in and left super satisfied; the attention to detail, the friendliness of the staff from beginning to end, and dedication to each nail to make sure they would last for a long time really left me in awe! I’m so happy to have found a place I know I can trust & go back to!! 🤍
My favorite nail salon in the city!!! Every time I get a gel manicure it always lasts more than 3 weeks without a problem, highly recommended!
Great, great customer service do appreciate Zula (owner) as she always fits me in and works with me on colour and services. I have become a regular as hard to find good, reliable nail salon.
