Walked in for a pedicure. I saw online that there was plenty of availability but didn't book anything because I didn't know exactly what time I would arrive. No one was at the desk. A manicurists working on a client told me that there was no availability for another hour. I told her I saw plenty of availability online. Then she reluctantly said "let me check." Businesses wonder why they dont make it. This is why. With loads of nail salons on every street in downtown chicago, I'll find someplace else.

I got a pedicure from Zola and it was a fantastic experience. I came straight from work and wasn’t wearing the right shoes for a pedicure, but they did their best to take care of me and were so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!
