I like this place and I have been getting my nails done here for a while and I like this place as a whole, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. I got my nails done with Alena and paid over $200 just for the nails to start chipping almost as soon as I left the salon and for half the nails to break off less than a week later without even touching them or doing anything crazy to them. Я неоднократно пыталась связаться с ними — звонила, писала, но они игнорировали сообщения и не брали трубку. Очень разочарована таким отношением. Профессионализм — это не только услуги для клиентов, но и уважение к тем, кто работает с вами. Надеюсь, руководство пересмотрит свои принципы работы.
