NailsLab is the best nail salon I’ve been to —-ever! Whether in NY, CT, CA, SOFL A colleague of mine recommended this place several months ago, now it’s the only nail salon I go to. The salon is super clean and beautiful and well ventilated with high ceilings and quiet; Also, no chemical odors, all the nail techs are well outfitted in black&white (pants and tops), they are professional, thorough, and don’t cause pain My nails are beautiful for at least one month. Even after that length of time there’s no snagging of my nails... read more

My wife just got nails here. Their best artist Goar. The worst experience in total for the money they take. The Index finger on the left arm has a crooked cut. You can see it on pictures. The artist damaged cuticles on 4 fingers of 5 on the left hand. The gel has some tiny wholes near the cut area. The studio is dirty. Dust on lamps and other areas and tools. Dust from nail artist spreading around and falling on pedicure artist when they work together. Everyone is too close to each other. Artists could start quarrel with eac... read more

booked with Nails Lab because I know one of the girls there through my clients, and I’ve even recommended people to go there because of her. After my $100 pedicure, I was in so much pain from the excessive cutting that I inspected my feet an hour later, only to find chipped nails and polish already peeling. When I contacted them right away, management told me it wasn’t their fault that the color chipped. I offered to come back the next morning, but due to work and traffic I couldn’t, so they accommodated me in the evening. I... read more

I’ve been a client of Nailslab over two years and in the Beginning the nails was perfect never break But in the last 7 to 8 months they Break non-stop, Every time I went there to fix it, try to explain me Why They break but never taking Responsibility and always overcharge me. In the last time the owner come and talk to me explain me why they’re gonna do different this time but in the end of the treatment she charged me more than usual. I’m very disappointed and really not recommend about this place.

I like this place and I have been getting my nails done here for a while and I like this place as a whole, but my recent experience has left me very disappointed. I got my nails done with Alena and paid over $200 just for the nails to start chipping almost as soon as I left the salon and for half the nails to break off less than a week later without even touching them or doing anything crazy to them. Never had this happen to me before especially after paying such a high price. Complete disappointment and a horrific waste of ... read more
