I've been to Nails 2000 several times in the past and have always had a good experience, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. I recently went with my future mother-in-law for pedicures, and the technician working on her was incredibly rude from the start. She rushed us while we were choosing our nail colors, telling us to hurry up, and then snapped at my future mother-in-law when she accidentally moved her foot while her toenails were being painted.
