Have never had a bad experience with new owner until I needed some nails taken off. She was super quick about it (no soaking off, just peeled off with a nail tip) and I asked for a manicure and got a 2 minute one. Nails are so short that they hurt and bleed and some layers were definitely taken off. Will never EVER go back after that!!

Says short nail set is 45, charged me 80 for a full set. I've never had nails done before so I say okay. Within a week most had fallen off. When contacted about this, the technician blamed my short nail beds and refused to make it right. Also charged full price despite missing multiple fingers = less work. Will NEVER come again. Unreasonable.

This is my favorite place to go! I I give her all kinds of Pinterest pictures of different Nails I want every two weeks and she always does a great job with the art! She is very kind and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable.
