An is an incredible nail artist. I have always loved my nails after seeing her. She is also an wonderful communicator and will let you know if she can/can’t do certain things. And she makes sure to ask at every step of the way what I think just to make sure we are always staying on the same page. Recently, I went in to try the new jelly cat eye nail trend and she executed it perfectly! They are probably one of the best sets of nails I’ve ever had done.

I was disappointed with the whole process. I came in for my appointment and had asked to get a certain type of nail. Ann said that if I wanted that specific design I should have told her ahead of time. I understood, but how I was supposed to know that when I've never been there. I suggested another nail design and she said she could try to get it to be close to the nail design I wanted. Then she started doing my nails and immediately she started to call someone on the phone.
