The male became frustrated when asked for acrylic overlay. He insisted to add tips to my natural nail and I did not want tips. He stated he couldn’t complete what I was asking. I showed him a picture of the simple application and that made him more upset as he said he didn’t have the tools to properly complete the overlay. I left and went to another nail salon down the street. NOA nail did a wonderful job and even apologize for the service I received at Nails Up.

First time here I had an amazing experience. I wish I had caught my nail techs name but I ended up getting acrylic on my toes and French gel for a special occasion. My nail tech was super thorough she kept offering me beverages and asking if I was ok my entire service. She was gentle and sweet and made sure every detail was on point. My service ended up being $128 for a deluxe pedi, acrylic, gel and French! Absolutely worth every penny!

Extremely rude owners! Today was my 3rd visit to this nail salon and last! Each time I've visited there's been some kind of an issue ranging from how long I've been left unattended while staff have gone to work on other clients, to being cut by files to the point of bleeding, to over hearing other disgruntled clients getting understandably frustrated with the lack of management. Had my nails done for a vacation. They hold up beautifuly after a week in pools and ocean. Natural is a way to go, but French is my new favorite ❤️ Airy is fantastic!
