so let me tell y’all about my experience at this nail salon today I went in and asked for medium length nails. The older guy proceeded to do my nails like normal, and I noticed when he was done that three of the nails out of the 10 nails on my fingers were shorter than the rest, I pointed this out to the nail tech and he proceeded to try to make the other nails as short as the three nails but that wasn’t the length I asked for so I told him to please stop. Horrible!!! Old nail polish it comes out blotchy… would not recommend and the guy went up after telling me 40! Everything old and out of date.. I used to come here 20 years ago and it was great… don’t go
They have like the worst customer service they don’t speak they walk around with attitudes I wouldnt go to this place again if it was the only nail shop in Charlotte , do not go there
