This is what my nails looked like on my birthday trip and he did nothing to fix them after I texted him these photos. He ghosted me. Also makes inappropriate remarks every time I've gone. Safe to say I had to find a new nail spot.

This place never greets customer and always has a wait. Too bad bc they are only a block away from me, who goes to spas constantly.

my manicure in the salon was not bad, I had a base coat without a design for $30. However, that day their air conditioner was broken, so it was not very pleasant to be there. The salon itself was not very clean, the tools were not sanitized and in front of me they were used by someone, because my technician did not take them out of a sterile bag, but simply took them out of her basket with polishes. Partly my fault because I didn't check reviews before I walked in. This was the most unhygienic nail spa I’ve been to. My thumb wasnt completely polished so now it’s peeling. The other nails are bubbled. He painted over my old polish.😳 There was nail dust everywhere (not mine) and he was cutting someones fingernails beside me and they were literally flying everywhere.🤢
