I have been coming here for years but won’t be anymore. I came in for a gel removal, and the tool used literally put dents in my nails. Even after painting over myself, the dents are still visible 5+ weeks later. What happened to the soak removal for gel? The grinder ruined my nails. Customer service has taken a serious decline, it’s awkward to come in for a simple service like this and be basically ignored when trying to make conversation. Disappointed because I did love this salon.
I just went and had a signature pedicure and it was the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never been stabbed or poked with so many sharp objects at any pedicure. Also the water was freezing I asked to have the temperature turned up 3 different times and I finally gave up because she wasn’t adjusting the temperature. Jen is the most incredible nail technician. She is so detailed and precise. It took me forever to find such a professional upon moving from Los Angeles to Eugene and I am very grateful that I found Jen. I have gone to her many times now and she is the only nail tech I will go to! Thank you Jen!
They use MMA for their acrylic nails. The FDA has banned the use of 100% MMA in nail products due to safety concerns. Take your business elsewhere.
The salon is very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. But the last few times I’ve gone my gel polish chips off very quickly. I got a mani Pedi on Mother’s Day- Sunday. It was over $100 with tip It was more like 130. 48 hours later, my polish is chipped on my first finger. I can see it’s coming off my middle finger and my thumb completely fell off. The other salon I go to it last a good two weeks minimum. I work an office job at home so I’m not even rough on my hands
