So first time coming here as we are trying to find a new nail salon to get our pedicures done together. We get talk to the Woman at the front desk and then she had us take a seat as she got things ready for us... but somehow forgot between the time we check in and when she walked back to forget that I was getting a pedicure as well. I went in for a fill and was told it would be $38. When I went to pay, they added $12 for a nail file, which was never mentioned before … so now it’s $50. My nails are short and nothing extra was done. Then when I pulled out cash to pay, suddenly the price changed again to $55 because of a “long nail fee,” which made no sense and also wasn’t mentioned ahead of time. They did a nice job on my nails, but all the surprise charges felt shady. Be upfront about pricing. I won’t be coming back.
I had a full set put on and they All fell off. I went back and they put another set on and The second set fell off too!!!! I’ve had nails for over 29 years and I have Never had nails fall off. Horrible
