The 4 ladies are soooo friendly. They remember their customers by name and personal details. They listen to the customer requests, and change anything that needs fixing without complaint. They were able to help get my daughter's ingrown toenails out. There is no side gossiping that can occur in a nail salon. And they try to make each customer as comfortable as possible by offering drinks, conversations, and choices of things to watch. These are m y natural nails. The staff here are so kind and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I scheduled an appointment on a whim since I didn’t have a nail salon I was committed to, and I’m so glad that I did. Tay was so friendly and did an amazing job explaining the different kinds of services to me since I haven’t had any other type of manicure besides dip powder in a long time. I love my nails!! It was my birthday and vivi did her thing!! plus she was so sweet and fun !! They had great music playing at the salon and they have a Thai food truck out front that I can’t wait to try ! I live by sea world but I will definitely make the drive when I need my nails done, it’s worth it !
I was running late that day, and Vivi made me feel welcomed, and she was so kind. Aamony did My feet nails, and Vivi did my hand nails! She made sure I felt comfortable, and make sure the nails looked good, and nice. I haven’t felt like this at a nail salon in San Antonio ever! I will be back! Thank you! 😊
