I recently visited this spa and had an amazing experience. The place is very clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and experienced — they really know what they’re doing and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. This is very impressed with the level of service. My Hus went in for a head SPA and he was so blown away by so amazing and awesome feeling. I did Mani and Pedi with two girls, they were so professional and attentive. Definitely be coming back. Thanks for services ladies.
PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! This was the worst manicure I have ever had. The staff is extremely unprofessional. When I arrived, the manager at reception asked what I wanted. I clearly said a regular manicure — no shellac. However, the technician completely ruined my nails. She aggressively filed/scratched the top of my nails with a very rough buffer for no reason. When I showed the result to the manager, instead of acknowledging the issue, he offered me nail polish “to make my nails stronger.” My nails were perfectly healthy ... read more
