The name says it all. They give your nails TLC.
Unfortunately even the new management sucks. My official was ok but the manicure was horrible. The guy drilled my nails excessively and did not put oil on my nails after the manicure. I spent decent amount of money. He just seemed annoyed and rushed.
First time here, clean beautiful great customer service, Ms. Thu did my nails they are perfect!!
