First, let me say I have never written a review online for any positive or negative experience, but anyone looking for a new nail salon should know this. I have going there for at least 2-3 years. I've never had a problem but if I ever mentioned any small thing they always blamed me for it, but still, I was fine with that. So 2 days ago I got a manicure with Vinyl polish. I went with a groupon and they did not honor so I agreed to pay extra money for the service. Then a 30 min service took 1 hour. The lady that did my nails was VERY inexperience. She got gel polish on my skin and said "oh well that will come off later". She filed my nails uneven, made me bleed while filing and then multipOooole times while clipping my cuticles.
