*revised* I normally wouldn't bother with 1-star reviews...however when I called to talk to a manager to discuss the service I was advised to just come in and get my service corrected. Which, I normally would but I work full time, and my niece's are in school so I can't bring them back. When I asked for a partial refund, the manager advised she needed to speak with the owner.
