Horrible experience after being a returning customer I came to get my nails and pedicure done and now he male owner decided to do some other lady’s nails who came after I had came in to get my nails done, he still manages to tell me he was only going to paint hair nails minded you I was there waiting with two kids and he still wanted me to wait like what she wasn’t here when I got here, I left disrespected because I saw her come in and tell him she was going to come back. I have been dealing with a fungus on my toe nails for 7 months + because of this place. I’ve seen the Doctor several times and been prescribed antifungal medications. When I reported my fungus to Bu he truly did not seem to care nor offer any type of remedy much less a refund. They have no decency or respect for their customers. I had been here for almost 3 years with no issues and even brought my family here for the staff and owner, Bu, not offer or take accountability for the injury I sustained. they treated me very well and did an amazing job on my nails I am look forward to my next appointment. I also love stopping by Starbucks before I stop by.
