Yesterday I came to do my nails, and it was the worst salon I ever seen in my whole life. They were acting weird with us And this is impossible. I showed them a design that I wanna do and she did me something else that I didn’t want that design every time I ask her to do me a design She starts saying that she doesn’t know how to do that design I don’t recommend anyone go to that salon and today my nail got off my nails looked like they are fake nails and she took $80 from me the worst so long I ever seen in my whole life

What in the world did I just experience at this salon? The manicure was shockingly poor, with polish peeling off instantly and it looked like fake nails. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the lady who didn’t even do the design I chose, claiming they didn’t know how. I also witnessed one employee burn a customer, and they hurt me with the acrylic application, still charging an outrageous $80

I was looking for a new nail tech and came in with a design in mind. It was a chrome with a natural color base on acrylics. The nail tech understood what exactly I needed and periodically checked in on whether I was happy with my nails so far and if I needed anything adjusted. She took a lot of time making sure the base was perfect and was really easy to communicate with! For the price ($65), this place is offering a lot :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review update: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nails Star in Garland! I’ve been coming here for years, and even though I recently moved to Carrollton, I still happily make the drive back because no salon compares. A huge thank you to Jimmy for my acrylic French tip nails—his focus and attention to detail are truly unmatched. Young girl at front counter was not knowledgeable and was constantly on her phone. My nail tech disappeared for almost 30 minutes after starting my nails with no explanation. She went to polish another customers toes.
