i honestly have never not tipped or asked for a discount on a set in my LIFE , and i’ve had some sets before. But my nails got absolutely butchered. I did brown ombré nails, and when I say the ombré is the most uneven ombré i’ve ever had. not only that, but I asked for almond and got mini stilettos. I’m baffled by the hype this place has had. Never going back for sure.
This was a really frustrating experience. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. I asked the nail technician's advice several times for color recs, they'd just ask if I wanted to see more colors. Not really, no. I asked the tech doing my nails to make the shape round, he gave me points. I had to ask three separate times to round the tips and to shorten them.
