I felt uncomfortable with the way the front desk staff spoke to both a customer and a fellow employee. I've never witnessed such disrespectful and demeaning behavior toward a coworker in a professional setting. She acted as if she had authority over the other worker. It was not only unprofessional, but also deeply unsettling to watch. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to others.
Thought I would give this place a try. Made an appointment for a pedicure, and there was a misunderstanding, which is fine. It happens. But the girl at the front desk was so unbelievably nasty I decided to just leave. She basically scolded the poor woman who was about to give me a pedicure Never seen anything like it. Just wow.
Loved the experience. The nail technician took her time and did and excellent job.

Got a french manicure with a nail tech one of the front desk women highly recommended and somehow every single one of my nails got air bubbles all over them. Place/ nail station did not look clean at all. Will not be going back.
