This place is super expensive and my feet still feel that it needed more scrubbing, especially the heal. I am not happy with my service and experience! I won’t be going back!

I have been going to the salon a couple of years now, the girl who does my nails, her name is Coco and she is amazing. Everything I ask for she can do. I always walk out of the salon feeling very satisfied and I always get compliments on how nice my nails look. Also, the girls at the front end are very cheerful, helpful and very courteous. They always make you feel welcome!

I had a dip powder manicure because the receptionist told me it would last longer than a gel manicure. By day 3, one of my nails was chipped. By day 6, 3 of my nails were chipped. A regular manicure lasts longer than that. Unfortunately I'm already on vacation and can't return to get it corrected. I'm very disappointed.

We had an appointment at Nail Spa and Beyond on August 17 at 3:30 pm for my daughter and I. 2 regular manicures and pedicures, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. Both pedicures felt rushed, and the nail polish was poorly applied, with the sides of my toenails left uncovered. For the manicures, both technicians used a drill to clean the cuticles and then over the entire nail surface. Our nails are naturally thin, so this was not a good option — and we were never asked if we wanted the drill to be used. ... read more
