At first I was going to leave. The reception I got from Hannah at first wasn't pleasant. I felt out of place and uncomfortable. She was like barking orders -"pick a color". Then her husband Norman place scalding hot water in front of me and said to soak. When I said it was too hot he said it will cool down then leaves the store. So I didn't soak my hands. I moved to this area a year ago. I have visited a lot of nail salons not the best experience. My 1st visit I was greeted with a smile I felt welcome. Hanna did amazing job on my nails.. I was impressed and scheduled my next appointment. I highly recommend this place.

Worst experience at a nail salon ever. My nails hurt so bad and are so damaged I went there to get my nails removed, and they started prying them off. I had to ask them to do a soak of And they were like oh we don’t usually do that because it takes too long And the entire time we’re there it sounded like there was a club going on downstairs. I just wanted my nails removed now. I am in extreme pain.
