Giving 2 stars because the lady was great to talk to. The service though, there’s so much on my skin and it looks super sloppy. It is honestly already flaking up because of how much is on my skin. My daughters lasted about 24 hours before multiple nails just fell off. Extremely disappointed. Feels like a giant waste of a lot of money. Definitely had gel last longer anywhere else I’ve been to. I don’t even want to include a picture because of how bad it looks. In the words of my spouse: ‘our daughter does a better job!’
This was my first time going to nails spa 2 and miles did my nails and I love the nails. He did an amazing job and the whole crew is really nice.
I had a very disappointing experience at Nail Spa 2. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Tina, who was very pleasant and welcoming. I gave her my name and told her I had an appointment with Miles. The staff seemed confused, and Miles eventually apologized, saying he had forgotten about another appointment and suggested that Nick do my nails instead. Miles was my nail tech and he’s very hospitable and gentle! His attention to detail is incredible and I will definitely be a returning customer!!!
