I’ve never really been one to leave a review but this is genuinely awful. I was visiting Omaha for a bridal party and didn’t have time to do my own nails before this and normally I do. I regret not making the time. I gave what I would say is a simple design, I’m not a certified nail tech but I have been doing my own nails for years. Worst nail shop a worker denied me service because the last visit I wanted them to fix a nail that was messed up. I explained to her im a paying customer I want my nails done correct. I go back she tells her co worker she's going to be busy for 3hrs and cant service me. They are very rude and poor customer service
Completely Disgusting! Nail fungus on both my big toes! I haven’t been to this nail shop in years and this is what I get! Unsanitary & Gross!
So, this was like my 4th time coming to this nails shop in a row. I was going to make it my permanent place as it’s usually a pretty good experience when I’m getting a simple full set. & it’s in a good spot for me. Well my last trip has changed my mind. I brought my niece with me for a mani pedi. I was getting a fill. She was getting a full set. Hers was 55, mine was 45, he stated he charged me 10 extra for the tips. We got the 35 dollar pedi.
