They definitely do not use clean tools here, I saw them dip the cuticle remover in the shared Vaseline after using it on me. I had to ask for a clean foot scrubber. I saw them use the nail file on me on the girl next to me right after. The nail polish job looks terrible.
So unorganized, not clean, horrible experience. We got pedicures they cleaned the water basin with LAs Awesome you get from the dollar store. No actual bacteria killing products used. My kid complained that the light was hurting her feet they didnt listen until I had to say something. For my kids first pedicure she had a crap experience.
Employees are very rude especially the man that works there. Zero customer service
I had to wait my turn at nail & spa. They were all so nice an friendly to me and I absolutely recommend them. My nails are so pretty an he was so gentle with me.
