The manager Kelly is exceedingly rude to customers, overbooks appointments and consistently mismanages time. It is not unusual to have to wait anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour past your scheduled appointment time, then to be rushed through because they are late. The owner consistently shows poor regard for customers and respect of her employees as she has yelled at and scolded employees openly numerous times in front of customers. Appointment times often are not honored as appointments are double booked/over booked or placed too close together. It is not unusual to wait 15-45 minutes passed a scheduled appointment time before being seen. The work is good, but management and the owner's attitude is deplorable. Terrible terrible terrible!! What a joke my grandkids could have done my nails better than this. He said he was tired but geez. What a rip off and rude on top of everything else
