Just had my Christmas nails done by Susan and once again such a beautiful job. It's always a good experience when I'm there. The staff is awesome. Thanks again Susan, can't wait for my next visit.
I came in for a relaxing foot massage but left feeling uncomfortable. During my treatment, the woman told me I should get a facial because I had bad skin. I understand an upsell, but there’s a time and place - and it’s not while a client is trying to relax. I came for a peaceful experience and walked out feeling self-conscious instead.
