Last night my friend and I came in to get our nails done. I had my SNS removed and SNS reapplied (they had me sit with acetone on my nails for 30 mins causing irritation on my skin) and my friend got SNS with tips(they’re all bumpy and have chunks taken out of the SNS from them filing them and not making it smooth). This was my first time at the establishment & I came in for a mani/pedi for my bridal shower. The pedicure was fine, but I didn’t even get my manicure. I asked them to keep my natural nails and the guy started filing them to be pointy. When I tried to communicate, he could not understand me. He spoke to another man who was working on someone else, but he also did not help. I came in and I was there for 3 hrs which was not the root of my problem two days after this my pinky nail broke I went back got it fixed a day or so after that my middle finger paint came off the whole nail I didn’t care much to go back to get it fixed the very next day my other pinky nail had broke I went back and got it fixed and they was two different colors he said “oh different colors” and that was that and now today my pointer finger had broke I am over all disappointed bc nails last two weeks or so and the whole two ... read more
