I came in and I was there for 3 hrs which was not the root of my problem two days after this my pinky nail broke I went back got it fixed a day or so after that my middle finger paint came off the whole nail I didn’t care much to go back to get it fixed the very next day my other pinky nail had broke I went back and got it fixed and they was two different colors he said “oh different colors” and that was that and now today my pointer finger had broke I am over all disappointed bc nails last two weeks or so and the whole two ... read more
Took entirely too long, almost 5 hours never again
Nice staff but I was not satisfied with my service. I received a pedi and gel polish on my hands. The pedicure was great! But the polish job is awful. It’s clumpy and not smooth at all. And when I said something to them about it I was told that’s how my nail bed is. Which is a complete lie. I did not appreciate the lack of accountability on a messed up job. I paid $80 for a service I’m not happy with.
Went there at first they did good the first two times I went to get my nails done for the third time the nail tech was late(30 minute late)then she rushed through my nails and forgot to add a nail to one of my nails I just told her to cut then to my natural nail. Then I get a pedicure and the guy they cut my feet didn't ask what service I wanted just picked the service for me I will never get my nails done by them ever again
