I received the manicure, pedicure, back massage, and waxing it was so relaxing in a positive environment they filed the cuticle, pushed it back and cut. I’ve been growing out my nails and trying to make them longer and they assisted me with that. I was surrounded my girlfriends who came in at the same time to get their nails done for prom. I really wanted to like this place, but they don’t listen to what you ask for. When I walked in, I specifically asked if they could do chrome nails, they said yes. I showed a reference photo (middle photo below) to make it clear what I wanted. The tech assigned to me didn’t speak English, which wouldn’t have been a problem if there was someone to help translate, but that wasn’t the case. Gave me toe fungus. Never in my life have I ever had it. I did not see them take out the instruments out of sterilizer or pack but trusted too much.
Got the worst pedicure ever, the nail polish was thick and the guy just slathered it on, it was such a sloppy job. I was pressed for time so I didn’t bother to ask them to redo the nail polish. It was also too late to go back when I realized that the nail polish was not even the one I picked; instead of the shimmer white they put a chalky white on my nails, how much more horrible can these people be ?? Now they are also charging $5 extra for cleaning the bottom of your feet, which is a routine part of pedicure! These salons ... read more
