My first few experiences went well, until it didn't. PRO: They are never crowded nor overbooked. Peaceful environment. Con: Two nail techs at the site did my nails and I kept having issues either with my gel polish peeling off or my whole nails popping off. The nail tech that I would try to regularly go to is never available. She is also not very flexible when it comes to scheduling or if you happen to pop in between her appointments and need her to fix something. Horrible service nail tech did not speak any english i had normal nail polish on and he started taking it off with a drill i said mo normal polish just needs remover girl next to him said soak off omg he stuck my hands in a bowl of acetone it was not gel. Color app was not even and had to ask him repeatedly to fix a broken crooked nail only got a gel polish manicure on natural nail and they charged 41$ never again

Im from Chicago and came to Kansas on a business trip, needed my nails fixed and I took a chance on this location. I can say that by far this is the best customer service and job results I have ever had. Kitty is amazing and so professional, I am in love with the final result and overall service and experience. Highly recommended and will be my to go place when I down here again <3
