I cannot say enough good things about Nails Pro! I’ve been going there for several years now, and they consistently exceed my expectations every single visit. It’s a wonderful family-owned salon with such a welcoming and caring atmosphere. Nancy (mom) usually does my toes, and she is absolutely amazing. I have a toenail that tends to fall off, and she always takes the time to carefully apply artificial nails when needed. Disappointed by my first experience getting a pedicure here. Overall the pedicure experience was decent, but the gel color I’m stuck with I don’t like. Technician could have been more pleasant but was too busy FaceTiming. Before the gel color was applied and I asked to change color, he simply told me when looking at my color choice that it wasn’t available. He didn’t even look, nor seem to care. I was hoping to stay for a manicure as well but after that I didn’t want to stay. Now to find a better place in the area.
John was such a great nail tech…not to mention nice as pie. His level of detail was incredible and so much appreciated. I feel like I’ve found my nail guy!
