Was really hesitant to go since they had such bad reviews but they were completely nice to me! I had the guy and he was nice and patient since I'd never had nails done before. He explained everything and my nails look great! Super satisfied.

I had acrylics done here and my nails went yellow within days. I came back and asked for a fix and they wanted to charge me more money. I'm not paying my hard earned money for the privilege of coming back to pay more. Not going back.

They do an awesome job on nails, but the guy that works their sighns heavely and acts like it's a huge inconvienance when you come in.. I won't be going back.

I had been going to Nails Pro for several years, more out of convenience than any other reason. Today they were busy, although I called ahead. As usual, I had Brian do my nails because I had never been pleased with how the others had done my acrylic fills. He was hurried and surly, and I had to pull back out of pain several times. When I asked him to slow down, he became angry! I will never go back there.
