I have been going to this salon for years because their location and hours were convenient. When the new owners took over, the previous technicians all left. The services since then have been ok, but I had a gel mani and pedi two weeks ago and I probably won’t be going back based on my experience. The technician cut two of my fingers and they were bleeding. My nails looked nice but my gel started lifting 3 days later and I was able to literally peel it all off in minutes. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I never take time to write reviews, but after yesterday here I am.. pretty much, the girl that did my pedi was great. The woman who was supposed to do my French mani couldn’t get draw the French line design and ultimately let me know that she couldn’t do it and no one else that worked there could either apparently (her words). Cut my finger open and bleeding. Took almost two hours to do the worst acrylic refill I’ve ever seen. My refill usually takes 45 minutes but I wasted two hours for my nails to be bumpy and uneven. Kept cutting my fingers and then apologizing instead of figuring out how to do it right. I was also gonna get a french tip design but clearly that would’ve been a disaster and an extra hour so I decided not to. My sister got a pedicure and got her toe cut and bleeding too.
