I went to this salon for the first time today and I had a great experience. Micki was excellent, welcoming and friendly. She did such a great job on my gel pedi. I also opted in for the extra foot massage which was excellent. Thank you so much!
Went for the 1st time 2 days ago and will never go back! They were rushing my services and cut my finger so badly that it wouldn't stop bleeding. I'm still wearing a bandaid. She pinched my toe during my pedicure which also made me flinch. I was nervous the entire time, not relaxing at all! I should have walked out. Never again!
I have been going to this salon for years because their location and hours were convenient. When the new owners took over, the previous technicians all left. The services since then have been ok, but I had a gel mani and pedi two weeks ago and I probably won’t be going back based on my experience. The technician cut two of my fingers and they were bleeding. My nails looked nice but my gel started lifting 3 days later and I was able to literally peel it all off in minutes.
