The gentleman does my nails spectacularly, but the young woman should let him work. She keeps talking and talking, and on top of that, she's showing him videos. The gentleman has already filed the skin off my fingers because he's distracted by the young woman. I speak Spanish too, but it's rude to be speaking your language, looking at me, and laughing. It's very unprofessional. The prices are good, but they lack a bit of professionalism, especially the young woman with glasses. My two star is for the men doing good my nails.
Great service there and the people there treat you with dignity and respect.
I will NEVER GO BACK !!! The young lady w/ glasses is evil , I told her several times she was hurting me while removing my nails, after I asked her to soak them… she then apologizes and soaks them for about 20 minutes and starts to drill again to remove the old gel, and starts to go deep again and then makes a hole in my nail. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience. The technicians were rough and inexperienced, and the salon was extremely dirty. I would not recommend this salon.
They do very good work. Nails look natural and professional. Theresa and her husband does great work.
