Frank did a great job with our mani and pedis but what I don’t like is the deception. He charged us $30 each for a REGULAR manicure when the online price says $15. He charged $30 for a regular pedi when online says $25. He tried to workaround it and I didn’t want to fight it so I left it as is. Funny because he said gel was $40 which makes 0 sense because why would gel just be $10 more than regular….I really thought I had found a good new nail tech but unfortunately he just lost a future consistent customer. I am so happy to Share my amazing experience with Franko, he did manicure &pedicure so professionally! Very detailed , high standards. Love it and highly recommended . Thanks Franko, really appreciate.
BEWARE! I called and specifically asked if they did poly gel and they said yes that they do and that Franco does any design. When I get there, Franco says they do not do poly gel and then I go to show him my three design choices and he can’t do either one of them.
I had the best experience, very nice and pays so much attention to detail.
