I gave a 2 star simply because my daughter’s nails were beautiful. Her technician did great. However the man that did my “gel manicure” should get some more training. When he used the drill on my very 1st finger he hit my cuticle, which didn’t feel good. I knew then that I wasn’t about to have a good manicure. Somehow he managed to do it 3 other times. I usually love this place and have always had great experiences in the past, but today was different. I came in for a fill as a walk-in and was assigned Amy as my technician. Unfortunately, she made my friend and me feel very uncomfortable. She was rude, unkind, and seemed more focused on watching TikTok than on doing my nails. She rushed through the service, and I had to ask her multiple times to fix things—such as filing under my nails and correcting the lines in my design, which were uneven.
