I came in on a Sunday recently prepared to spend some cash, however I was turned away by a gentleman who I thought was a manager or owner due to them being full and busy, understandable, But he didn’t ask me to wait or come back he asked me to leave. Rudely was like “ok go” I will never ever think about spending my money here ever again.
I love coming here to see Tone and everyone else are so welcoming. Always a good job!
I sat down and they were about to do my nails . I didn’t have an appointment and they knew that . Someone walked in and he stopped and said “oh no we can’t do them anymore “ my appointment here . So unprofessional
Had an appt they made me wait 20 mins then they gave me the wrong color they are very rude and unwelcoming!
Excellent service from everyone working there. They are friendly and always ask what I want. They fix my in-grown toenails perfectly.
