I’ve been coming here for a whole year. I book an appointment for my day off. They wait till I get there to tell me that they canceled my appointment because I am too picky. If I am paying for a service, of course I want it to be done correctly. Do not get your nails done here if you want your nails done right

Its the second time they don’t respect the appointments, i have to organize my all day about work,kids,etc… But they just don’t care.
Got the Rose & Champagne Pedicure with a Gel french tip! And it was nothing short of amazing. I just recently moved to the area so I blind tested it out. I was given the menu book and my GOODNESS. So many options. I thought to myself “how ACTUALLY different are these options?” But this was genuinely what it described. The package was really good. Horrible customer service I called 2 weeks ahead of time they wouldn’t let me book the appointment called the day of my daughter’s birthday they tell me they’re booked up and can’t get me in! He didn’t understand what I was saying and just told me he couldn’t help me! Will never go back there again!
