We went there today, took us right in, I had a manicure and my husband had a pedicure, did a great job on both, very nice people, very reasonably priced!
I have always had an excellent experience here. I come once a year when a do a girls weekend with friends. It is so relaxing! We get their pedicures. Their pedicure chairs are massage chairs and they massage your calves and then as your toenail polish drys they give a short shoulder massage. It's clean and orderly. The ladies are really kind, they're often busy so I recommend making an appointment but they can sometimes accommodate walk-ins.
