I went on a Saturday at 5:30pm the Nail Tech/ owner was not there her daughter told me she would return in an hour and half I asked for a business card she didnt have any. I called made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday Nail Tech/ Owner informed me she is very busy and only takes appts & that if I couldnt make it I must call her and insisted I take her cell and give her mine incase anything was to occur, ok did that.
