The staff was pleasant and accommodating but everything else was disappointing. It’s my first time at the salon. My nails look like they are done by an amateur- cuticles not cut on pedicure (mani guy was slightly better but still lazy w the cuticles). The massage is not a massage it’s a rubbing of lotion on your feet. It’s frustrating when you are more stressed and annoyed after a massage than before. Great for any impressive nail art designs. Unfortunately I returned to remove my nails and to get a regular polish manicure, and the polish began chipping just 2 hours later from regular wear. I removed the polish the day after.

I had a horrible experience about a year ago and told myself I would not go back. Their color swatches do not match the actual nail colors and they look extremely different. The same color in gel and regular will also look different. The gel polish I got on my nails changed to a weird spotted color instead of uniform pink. It also took 2 hours for a pedicure and ultimately another tech had to come in and fix/finish the pedicure. I recently decided to give them another chance and went for a pedicure.
