The best nail design I've ever gotten! The space is clean and the everyone is kind & attentive to each and every customer's needs. There's ample on site parking I showed the nail tech my design & she was upfront about the price. She not only replicated the design, I think she surpassed it! I will be coming back again! Expensive and poor quality. The polish started chipping on day two, and by the end of week two some nails had already started falling off. For the price, the results were egregiously disappointing. I chose this salon because of the good reviews and came in hopeful, but left feeling let down. For my pedicure, they sanded my toenail down so much that it was painful for an entire week afterward. Nail tech used an OLD NAIL FILE and an OLD BUFFER on my nails, with what I’m assuming were uncleaned nail clippers and other tools. She kept trying to upsell me on a service I did not want, repeatedly asking me to “upgrade to gel” despite me telling her I did not want to FIVE TIMES and then told me my nails were going to break.
I got my nails done by Moon and she’s the best nail tech I have ever got too. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she nailed it and then some. They were pricey, but totally worth it. Shes super artistic, humble, unique and interesting. I don’t ever want to go to anyone else.
