I went to get a pedicure with my mother and without consent they cut what they believed were “ingrown nails”. It made both my mother’s and my side of our toes bleed. They said they do this all the time and have over 20 years of experience trying to validate what they did. My mother had three toes bleed and I had one. We didn’t receive proper treatment to sanitize the areas and did not receive a discount. This is not a permitted procedure. Only medical professionals such as podiatrists are permitted to do this. Love this salon. The sisters who run it are very sweet and always do a good job. While they don’t specialize in nail art, they’re always willing to accommodate whatever picture I bring in. It’s best to make an appointment if possible.
I love this place. The ladies are fun and excellent. I always get a pedicure. My toenail are difficult and they make them look beautiful. I usually go there with my son and daughter. We have the best time and look great when we leave.
