This place is amazing! Their spa pedicure is so relaxing. The staff are always super nice and helpful. I will definitely keep going back!
I had a mixed experience during my visit. While one lady unfortunately didn't meet my expectations in terms of service, there were 2 women working on me for a manyicure and a pedicure. the person who performed my pedicure was absolutely wonderful. I believe it's important for management, like Kim, to recognize the different customer service levels of their staff to ensure a consistent experience for customers. My son and I went in for pedicures, and loved our whole experience. It was an uncommonly peaceful salon, with very pleasant staff, and our added spa treatments were long and luxurious. Needless to say, our pedis were lovely – my son got beautiful designs added to each big toe. We’ll be back!
