Had a an appointment at 11 but these people did not start until 11:45. Would they wait that long if we were late. No respect for people's time
I went to get my daughter some nails but they didn't do the design she wanted I even showed him the picture of the design, he did something similar but not the same and put the design on a different finger. He messed one up but didn't really fix it, and one of the characters mouth mixed with the red and white which made it pink. We paid $70. Was not worth it
Horrible experience ! For the first time being here had to practically guide the nail tech Linda through the process ! They’re packets are a lie paid extra for a 5 min hot rock massage she only did max a min I would ask questions and she would just ignore me also paid extra for flower soaping they charged and didn’t even do it ! Never coming back save your money
Horrible service. Was planning on getting a manicure but saw how they did the person next me and decided not to get it done here. My pedicure was rushed she cut my nails all uneven, was coughing all in my face without covering her mouth. Definitely would not recommend coming here. I thought I’d give it a try since I knew they came from royalty claws but the service is not worth it. Guess since they are in Compton now their service isn’t important now. Never coming back
The guy that did my nail did a great job my first time my nails was $52 before the tip I got a full set and some glitter gel style, it's like their signature thing.. I went in for a fill and the lady charged me $72 🤔 really ?? I wont go back lol they do a good job though
