This is my favorite nail salon. Lily is very fast and efficient and the nails are wonderful! The whole experience is always wonderful. I would definitely recommend!

I hate to leave a bad review because everyone was so kind but I am really upset with how my nails look unfortunately. I picked out a solid white pink color and walked out with jelly nails, not at all what I expected but she said her dip process was “different” and made them have a “jelly” look. Process really just was super quick so if you need a dip manicure in a pinch this could be the place for you but I will unfortunately not be returning.

I was overall unimpressed with the service I received. From the start, the salon felt disorganized. The color polishes were scattered on a tabletop instead of being displayed in a book like most salons do, making it difficult for me to choose a shade. Lily was initially friendly and eager to do my nails, but as the manicure went on, her attitude shifted. We have been going to Lily for years and we absolutely love her! She always provides good advice on nail care and makes sure my pedicure looks great. Lily loves that my daughter always picks fun colors for her nails. If we ever have any issues, Lily is always eager to make it right! Looking to try a new nail place, Nails on 5th is our favorite!!! Walk ins welcome.
