I asked them for a price book and they said they don’t have one. I find that very strange that you don’t want customers to know what they’re paying for? And there’s always a surprise fee.
One week ago got my nails done. Told the man not close enough to cuticle.He said they will last a month. Went in to see if or how could we fix the nail that look stupid. They are lifting and cuticle area already showing. Lady said “no one tell you a month”. I said so I am making it up? She could do a fill for 75.00. I will never come back. They like you to pay cash because they do not keep record of you being there. I learned the hard way!
I always come here because it is close to home and a clean place. Only down side is they overcharge for everything. I also dont like that they demand for you to tip. I was asked if i could venmo the nail techs. Never had that happen to me. I dont mind tipping but its the way they go about it that feels forced. I think my last visit will be my last one, i’ll look for a more affordable place.
