They pleasantly accommodated a last minute walk in of me and my daughter! It felt very welcoming! Was very clean, and the technicians gave high quality services! All pleasant staff!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this nail salon for a long time and have always had positive experiences, which is why I continue to give it a high rating. I especially appreciate the nail tech I see — she does a wonderful job!! Unfortunately, during my last two visits there were political discussions taking place in the salon. Came in for another pedicure at Nails of New Albany during the snow storm, and was very fortunate to have Grace be my technician. Ive many pedicures over my lifetime, but this one was exceptional. Grace's skillset was phenomenal from the time I sat in the chair, to the wonderful massage at the end. If you are looking for the consummate pedicure/massage, do yourself a favor and mention her as your tech...you can thank me later.!! Donnie....
Grace did an amazing job on my kiddos pedicure! The salon itself was so clean and pretty inside! Definitely recommend!
