I went today with my 8 year old daughter as walk-ins. I’m due to have a baby any day and wanted a little special mother-daughter time before baby comes. I asked if they took walk-ins and they said yes but it was evident as more people came in after us asking for appointments that they didn’t really have staff to support it properly. We were happy to wait and were taken back after 5 minutes or so. It’s a nice place and our nails look fine but it was the most rushed pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the top tier pedicure and had Dorothy as my technician. She was great! She was very detail oriented with my cuticle care and nail shaping and gave probably the best foot massage I’ve ever had. The salon was so clean, I even watched them cleaning up after another client’s pedicure ended and they scrubbed the crap out of the tub, removed the stopper and scrubbed that, sanitized the chair and arm rests and even mopped the floor around the tub and chair.
