I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. The service was amazing, and they even offered complimentary drinks, which made the visit feel extra relaxing. Lili did my nails, and she was absolutely wonderful. I would not recommend this salon. I got builder gel nails here for my wedding and they started peeling after only three days—during my wedding. I paid $150 expecting a quality service that would last much longer. When I went back to ask for a refund, the front desk staff were unhelpful. They couldn't find my appointment in their system and made me feel like my concerns weren't being taken seriously. Instead of a refund, they redid my nails. I use to go here all the time after work but I will be finding a new nail salon. The service has not been good the last couple of times. I waited 30 minutes for a pedicure and it was terrible. The nail polish was crusted onto my skin and all around my toes. The lady didn’t even try trimming the skin around my toes. I’d expect little more for $70.
