Asked for same shellac color and regular polish so they matched. They said no problem. I got home and they were not same color. Called and no apology. Just said come back and they will fix. The shellac didn’t even last two weeks. Every where else my shellac lasts for 3 + weeks. I think their polish is old and they rushed through it. The massages supposed to be for 10 minutes, didn’t last even two for hands or feet. Awful service and product. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The tables for you nails are so dirty. The employees are the most saddest looking people. No ones talking its like a dead place. It took her 4 mins seriously for my nails. Will never go back. The best Nail Of America is off of the beltway and Genaration Park.
Usually this place is pretty good, but instead of it being relaxing it was hectic. My nail lady was very kind, but the ladies working on my mother were in a rush and very rude. Not allowing her any time to really pick a color and were constantly pulling her in opposite directions. It felt more like a marathon to get her job done rather than the actual work and time going into it.
